Hello everyone, DJ Eloise and I apologize for the lack of posts recently. The beginning of April was real academic terror!
Thankfully everything is back on track for me, and won’t get bad again until finals, but DJ Eloise will be in the thick of assignments for the rest of the year.
However, we are committed to delicious food and the ears of our listeners! We’ll continue cooking a weekly dish or three, and visiting the Athens Farmers Market 8am to Noon Saturdays at Bishop Park, and 4pm-7pm Tuesdays at Little Kings.
Last week, April 6th, we made a sweet red pepper roulade and roasted portobello mushrooms.
For March 30th’s show we made lemon icebox pie and chocolate banana bread!
Today we have mustard glazed tilapia to tell you about, so be sure to tune in.
